Both Paul and Mike came the next day during the timeframe they conveyed to me. It didn’t take them long to diagnose the problem and they worked quickly to resolve my problems. Very, very happy with these guys!!! Paul and Michael fixed the initial problem I called them about with my furnace. I then asked them about an unrelated problem I’ve been having with my A/C. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it as best they could for the time being without having to replace the whole A/C unit. My biggest worry was that they would try to upsell me on things I didn’t need like a lot of other companies do, and they didn’t do that. So thankful to have cool air now and thankful to have go-to people for all my HVAC needs. They are knowledgeable, honest and reliable, and prices are reasonable in comparison with other companies.
